There is just one month left in the Million Hearts™ Caregiver Video Challenge. It’s not too late to enter- start shooting your video today!
Only two minutes of video or less will put you in the running for one of these prizes:

Quick-Start Guide
1. Get inspired: read up on ways to prevent or control heart disease and stroke and check out these stories of how others have been affected.
2. Get organized: write out a script of what you’ll say/show in your video.
3. Get your family and friends involved: Ask them to help tell your caregiving story of how you help a loved one be heart-healthy. Bonus: encourage other caregivers you know to submit a video too!
4. Film it: hit the record button! Get your smartphone, computer, or video camera rolling!
