Two Weeks Left in the Million Hearts™ Caregiver Video Challenge!
You have two weeks to get your video submission in for the Million Hearts™ Caregiver Video Challenge and show us how you play a role in helping your loved one be heart healthy! As a family caregiver you know how important it is to prevent and control high blood pressure and you probably have some great tips on how to do that. Whether it’s encouraging your loved one to reduce the sodium in their diet or setting up a system to remind them to take their medications as directed, you are a special person in their life and you have a great story to tell!
The final day for submissions is August 31. So grab your video camera or smartphone and join us in showing how important caregivers are in the fight against heart disease. Be sure that your submission follows all of the Rulesof the contest!
