One week left to enter your submission in the Million Hearts Caregiver Video Challenge!

There is still plenty of time to submit videos to this contest. You have until 5 pm EST next Friday, August 31 to enter a submission. But don’t wait until the last minute to submit! We will review the submissions as they come in and let you know if any changes are needed to get your video ready for judging. Remember that all videos must:
- include a description of how the caregiver contributes to another person’s heart health
- provide helpful tips related to high blood pressure prevention or control
- direct people to Million Hearts’ website: millionhearts.hhs.gov and

- be only 2 minutes or less.

We want to hear your story of caregiving and your tips for controlling high blood pressure. You could be one of three winners and win $500 or $250!  Good luck!
